My door installation went smoothly. Ryan, our tech, was great. My lovely new door turned out to have a flaw from the factory. The warranty claim was handled very smoothly and professionally. My second installation tech was even better. I told him he would be an excellent salesman, not because he’s a good manipulator, but because he’s very knowledgeable and excellent at communicating details clearly to answer questions and educate me about my first roll up door and current door technology. That’s what I call excellent salesmanship. I’m doubly happy I chose The Door Company! I have been amazed at the wonderful service from every department. It’s called ‘old fashioned’ service. Quality never goes out of style! Everyone is impressed and comments on the door’s extra smooth and quiet operation. I’m sure my new door will outlast me, and I will recommend The Door Company to anyone without any hesitation. This is may sound unbelievable but it is true. I’m no AI. I’m an endangered breed: I’m a very happy customer!

The Door Company, Thank you for your help. Just today, I saw a mobile glass company parked outside a neighbor's home. Apparently, their car was broken into, by the window being smashed. My truck is much better off being parked inside the garage.

Jenny, My name is Sara and we spoke yesterday on the phone. I can't believe they fixed my garage door in less than 30 minutes! I really want to thank you and your employee Danny for being so friendly, engaging, and helpful. I also really appreciate the man who had to finish up another call then came to help do the door (he had to finish on another call first). By the time he arrived I didn't catch his name, or his trainee he was with, but he went straight to work on the door with Danny. They worked efficiently and my door was fixed expeditiously so that I could continue about my day. It did scrape off stucco from my house but they were sure to warn me beforehand so that I felt informed. Appreciate everyone helping out.
