I explained what I would like him to do and he said "I will do my very best I can do for you". Hus message on my phone was pleasant and he explained everything he did and why and last he said "It works pretty good" and you should not have any problem with it. Call me if you have any questions or need help.

I wanted to let you know about a recent interaction I had with Jim Lawrence. I called to see if your company
would be able to help me with an intercom system for my elderly mother in Oroville. Sales Manager, Jim Lawrence was incredibly helpful and in fact, called me back today after doing some research just to let me know that the kinds of systems you install are not right for this particular application and told me what I should be looking for. The point is that Jim was so incredible helpful and engaging that I assumed he was the owner of the company. As a business owner myself, I recognize how rare it is to fine staff who approach the business as it if were their own. I can see that you and your company have done a great job hiring the right people and giving them proper training. I commend you for that. And thank you to Jim for going out of your way to help me in what is a difficult situation.

Robert did a wonderful job. Daun said he was very polite, stepped back from the door when he rang the button, shook her hand when he greeted her, shook her hand when he was done, explained in detail all devices. Super courteous, super professional. Her words, I wasn't here. The opener is very quiet. I can start sneaking in late at night now.

My most positive experiences with a local business has been through your company. Every time I have an issue with my door, you are very quick to respond and I am very happy with the entire experience every time. From the front office to the technician. You actually show up within the scheduled window and its hard to find that now days. Curtis was very courteous and professional and explained to me what I was doing wrong while teaching me how to do it the right way. I will continue to come to your company and tell people I know to do so as well.

When I began shopping for garage doors and Carole answered the phone she was very knowledgeable and kind. I told
her what I wanted and she gave me some great suggestions. I wanted you to know that I purchased my
door from your company based solely on Carole's professionalism and the fact that she made me feel comfortable asking
her questions about what you had to offer. She took her time with me on the phone to explain about your doors and openers.
I called 2 other door companies for information and neither one of them explained their product to me like
Carole did.......they just took my number and had the owner either call me back or stop by without telling me
when they were coming to give me a bid. Carole had your door and opener sold from the moment I talked to her on the phone.
You have a great employee in Carole and I wanted you to know that! Thanks! I am loving my new garage door!

Wanted to give you a great review for all of the great service I have received from you over the years. In my book there is no other company to do business with when it comes to doors. My issues are with Google, Yelp, and all of the other impossible websites that I have to go through to do this. You can't find the place to author a review, and then they hide the "sign out" box so you will stay on their website longer, searching for it, making it look like they are popular to advertizers because you spent so much time on their website. Frustrating. That all said, you guys will always be my "go-to" company for any issues for doors.
